Eagle and Hole-In-One Prizes

Rules and proceedures:

  1. You can only qualify if scored when using your Classic Golf Tour discount card.
  2. Score card must be signed by a playing partner and a golf shop employee.
  3. Scorecard must be dated.
  4. Include a description of the eagle or hole in one.(Be sure to include the hole number, yardages, clubs used and your membership number)
  5. Tell us if you are a right or left handed golfer and what size golf glove you wear.
  6. Mail a copy of the scorecard and the additional information to Midwest Golf Marketing
